Aikido & Tai Chi classes at Open Sky – Self defense arts for peaceful families.

Aikido for active adults & teens daily.  Adult Tai Chi. Kids Aikido. Our martial arts school includes  Aikido  for kids ages 7 to 13  3 days a week and daily Adult Aikido lessons for active adults and teens. Open Sky has beginning and intermediate Tai Chi classes for young adults through seniors three days a week. We have a play room for younger children to enjoy themselves while waiting for their siblings.

Basic principles of Aikido and Tai Chi movement are profound and deeply developmental. Open Sky promotes the development of the individual through whole body learning.

Location We are in the Triangle of North Carolina, conveniently located and an easy drive from Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Mebane, and Efland just off Churton street, in historic Hillsborough, NC. We are only minutes from exits on I-85 and I-40.

❉ KIDS AIKIDO Older kids help younger children learn Aikido in our cooperative classes. We believe in a family style structure of learning. Teens who have “grown up” in our kids program transition to adult classes with their choice of combining kids and adults classes. We accept students through out the term.❉   2015 Kids Fall Fees
